Shipping and Returns
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund. We cannot guarantee a refund if the below policies are not met.
1. All items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt, in original condition.
2. Items should be insured and packaged securely in the same manner in which you received it. UPs provides automatic insurance up to $100.
3. Your refund will be applied in the same manner payment was made.
4. If a package is not accepted on initial delivery, Joshua Tree will refund your full purchase less our shipping costs.
5. International returns will be refunded the full amount less our original international shipping costs.

Shipping Policy
1. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an immediate email confirming your order. Please double check your order and inform us of any errors.
2. You will receive an email from us within 48 hours updating you on the shipping status. Most items ship either the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of order.
3. We will email your tracking number at the time of shipment. We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service. If you have a special request, please let us know. You can track your package at www.ups.com or usps.com.

5. Again, all orders ship within 48 hours of being received, most times within the same day. We are quick, so you will consider us first when shopping online.
